a. Recurring Billing

Your membership subscription will automatically renew each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee plus any applicable taxes.

b. Billing Cycle

Your payment method will be charged on the same date each billing period as your original subscription date. If your original subscription date falls on a day not contained in a given month (e.g., the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month.

c. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the community platform or by contacting us at moltingmen+support@gmail.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to membership benefits until that date. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

d. Price Changes

Molting Men reserves the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase via email. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period following the notice. Your continued subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

e. Founding Member Pricing

Members who subscribe during our founding member period may be offered special promotional pricing. Founding member pricing is guaranteed for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you will be charged the then-current standard rate.

f. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, we will attempt to process the charge again and may suspend your access to membership benefits until payment is successfully processed. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your membership may be terminated.

g. Access and Usage

Access to our membership community is granted solely to the individual who purchased the subscription. Sharing login credentials or access with others is strictly prohibited. You may not screenshot, record, or otherwise capture and distribute private community discussions, member information, or exclusive content without express written permission.

10. Paid Programs, Courses, and Webinars

In addition to membership subscriptions, Molting Men offers various paid programs, courses, and webinars. By purchasing these offerings, you agree to the following terms:

a. Payments

All payments must be made in full before access to the programs, courses, or webinars is granted unless a payment plan is specifically offered and agreed upon. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and Apple Pay.

b. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies depending on the specific program, course, or webinar. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase. If no specific refund policy is provided, the standard policy is no refunds after the program, course, or webinar has started.

c. Access and Usage

c. Right to Remove

Molting Men reserves the right to remove any member from the community at our sole discretion for violations of these guidelines or for any conduct we deem harmful to the community. Removal may occur without refund depending on the severity of the violation.

d. Member-to-Member Interactions

Molting Men facilitates connections among members but is not responsible for interactions that occur between members outside the platform, including but not limited to direct messages, meetings, business arrangements, or personal relationships. Members engage with one another at their own risk.
