Founding membership is flexible but intentional. Here's what we believe this looks like:

• Weekly calls (Molting Monday + Treefort Friday): Join when you can, always optional

• Quarterly founding member meetups: ~90 minutes to shape what's next

• Monthly feedback sessions: Quick input on community direction

• Occasional 1-on-1s: Connect with auGi or the MM team when it makes sense

• Circle participation: Chime in when you've got something to say

The point isn't perfect attendance—it's showing up when it matters and bringing your voice when we need it.

HELL NO! Founding members stay in their own calls and cohorts: same group, same intimacy, period.

New members join their own separate community experiences. We're building outward, not diluting what you've got. Think of it like an underground band that protects the core fans while reaching more people. Your “treefort” stays yours.

Circle launches and you get your login details via email. All calls, recordings, and community discussions move to the platform. Your first charge processes (or already processed if you paid upfront for annual).

Yes, just email oscar@moltingmen.com and we'll handle it. You keep your founding rate either way.

No problem. All calls are recorded and, with rare exception, available in the library. Watch on your schedule.

Yes. If you cancel, you lose access to the platform and calls, but if you rejoin later, you keep your $29 founding rate as long as you rejoin within 90 days. After that, you pay regular pricing ($39-49/month).

Founding members get 20-50% off paid workshops and special events we run. Plus priority access before we open to regular members.

Yes! We can work out a pay-it-forward arrangement—reduced monthly rate now (some skin in the game required) in exchange for referring a minimum of 3 new members when regular membership opens in January. Don't let money be the reason you miss out.

Yes! You can gift a 3-month membership for $87.

The recipient gets full access to calls, Circle platform, workshops, and community starting January 2026. Perfect holiday gift for a colleague or friend who's navigating a career transition.

How does a gift membership work?
You pay $87, tell us who it's for, and we'll reach out to them by year’s end with login details and a welcome message. Their 3-month membership gives them plenty of time to experience MM and decide if they want to continue.

Is a gift membership the same as founding membership?

No. Gift memberships start in January as regular memberships.

What happens after the 3 months end?

We'll reach out to the recipient in March to see if they want to continue at regular membership pricing. No pressure—the gift is complete after 3 months regardless.

Founding member pricing closes on November 30th.

After that, you can still join MM at regular pricing ($39-49/month), but you won't get the locked $29 founding rate or founding member status.

Recurring. Monthly members are billed $29 every month. Annual members are billed $319 once per year.

Your founding rate never increases. Like, never, dude. :)

If you join and realize it's not for you within the first 30 days, email oscar@moltingmen.com and we'll work something out. After 30 days, no refunds, but you can cancel anytime.

Nada. Come to whichever calls work for your schedule. Some guys hit both every week, some rotate, some just watch recordings. Some eat Jiffy Pop while watching in the comfort of their Speed Racer jammies. It's your membership. Use it how it works for you!

MM and Geezer are separate communities with a shared mission: helping Gen-X creative professionals thrive. We're affiliate partners and will continue supporting each other on the road ahead, but MM: Members Only Edition is specifically the Molting Men community and programming.
