What is the Wingman Circle?

The Wingman Circle is for men who believe in what Molting Men can become, not just what it is today.

Your $500/year contribution doesn't just get you access to MM: Members Only Edition. It funds scholarships for members who are between gigs, subsidizes workshops for the entire community, and ensures that nobody misses out on this support network because of money.

This isn't charity. This is how we pay it forward.

  • Absolutely. You'd transition to the Wingman Circle annual billing and get all the additional benefits.

  • The best way to support MM is to join as a founding member at $29/month (offer closes November 30th). Show up. Support your fellow Molters. That matters more than money.

  • Yes! You can gift a 3-month membership for $87.

    The recipient gets full access to calls, Circle platform, workshops, and community starting January 2026. Perfect holiday gift for a colleague or friend who's navigating a career transition.

    How does a gift membership work?
    You pay $87, tell us who it's for, and we'll reach out to them by year’s end with login details and a welcome message. Their 3-month membership gives them plenty of time to experience MM and decide if they want to continue.

    Is a gift membership the same as founding membership?

    No. Gift memberships start in January as regular memberships.

    What happens after the 3 months end?

    We'll reach out to the recipient in March to see if they want to continue at regular membership pricing. No pressure—the gift is complete after 3 months regardless.

  • If you'd like to make a larger founding contribution to support MM's mission, email oscar@moltingmen.com and let’s talk about how your support can make the biggest impact.

  • Not right now. The recurring model is what makes the scholarship fund sustainable. But reach out if you want to discuss a larger one-time founding donation.

  • Scholarships are handled privately between MM and the member who needs support. No public nominations, no applications. If you know someone who needs MM but can't afford it, please ask them to reach out to us directly. :)

  • Any surplus goes toward subsidizing workshops and events for all members, or gets rolled into the next scholarship pool.

  • You can cancel anytime. Your benefits continue through the end of your paid annual period.

    • Scholarship Fund: Full membership for guys who are unemployed or between gigs

    • Workshop & Event Subsidies: Reduced pricing for special guests and cohort programs

    • Community Programming: Guest speakers, special content, and resources for all members

    • auGi’s donut habit (JK!)

  • No refunds once you join. Your $500 goes directly into funding scholarships and community programming that we commit to based on Wingman contributions. If your situation changes mid-year, you can cancel and your benefits continue through the end of your paid period, but we can't refund what's already been allocated to support other members.

  • Yes! Wingman Circle stays open after November 30th at regular pricing. You'll still get all the benefits and fund scholarships, but you won't get the locked founding rate or founding member status.

  • Founding Wingmen (who join by November 30th) lock in $500/year forever and get founding member status.

    Regular Wingmen (who join after 12/1/25 pay $500/year initially, but that rate may increase in future years. Both get the same benefits—full membership, quarterly calls, and fund Pay-it-Forward opportunities for those in between gigs.
